PHMC Pharmacy offers services as part of the PHMC Health Network’s integrated approach to care. Patients have convenient access to pharmacy services in coordination with their health care provider. The coordination between our health providers and PHMC Pharmacy allows for better medication management and health outcomes.

PHMC Pharmacy's services include:

• Professional consultation with the pharmacist. This ensures patients get the most from their medications. It can also help reduce missed doses and side effects.
• Easy pickup and delivery options. We offer free home delivery, shipping and in-person medication pickups. Our team also assists patients in transferring their prescriptions from other pharmacies.
• Close monitoring and refill reminders. The coordination between the pharmacy and our health centers allows us to resolve prescription issues faster.

Financial Assistance:

• We accept all major insurance plans and work with patients’ plans to help pay for their medicine.
• We ensure that cash-paying patients have the lowest cost.
• Prior Authorization services remove the need for patients and health care providers to handle paperwork.

This health center is a Health Center Program grantee under 42 U.S.C. 254b, and a deemed Public Health Service employee under 42 U.S.C. 233(g)-(n). This health center also receives HHS funding and has Federal Public Health Service (PHS) deemed status with respect to certain health or health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals.
