The PHMC Health Center on Cedar provides primary care to West and Southwest Philadelphia.
The health center is part of the PHMC Public Health Campus on Cedar, an innovative facility that offers integrated care and social services. The Campus currently offers several PHMC services, including dental care, end-of-life hospice care, and medical care for people right after leaving the hospital. The Campus also provides services from our partners at Penn Medicine and CHOP. These include an emergency department, adult and pediatric crisis response centers, and on-site and inpatient behavioral health services.
We accept most insurance plans. A sliding fee scale, based on income, is available for uninsured and underinsured patients. We see all patients regardless of ability to pay.
