PHMC Congreso Health Center is a partnership between Public Health Management Corporation and Congreso de Latinos Unidos, Inc. It offers primary care for adults, children and families. Our educational approach helps patients make well-informed health decisions. PHMC Congreso Health Center is a Patient-Centered Medical Home.
The health center team consists of bilingual and bicultural staff. Interpretive services are also available. Patients can get a pharmacy discount with Somerset Pharmacy, which is in the building.
We accept most insurance plans. A sliding fee scale, based on income, is available for uninsured and underinsured patients. We see all patients regardless of their ability to pay.

This health center is a Health Center Program grantee under 42 U.S.C. 254b, and a deemed Public Health Service employee under 42 U.S.C. 233(g)-(n). This health center also receives HHS funding and has Federal Public Health Service (PHS) deemed status with respect to certain health or health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals.
