About Us

The PHMC Health Network offers affordable, high-quality, patient-centered health services for communities throughout the Philadelphia area.  We share a simple mission: to provide comprehensive primary health care, family planning, disease management, social services and more to men, women and children.  Our network provides area residents with a diverse selection of services that help to close the gap created by disparities in access to health care.
